I bet 2000 units on Rapid to beat Arges, in the Romanian Cup, at 1/2.

Reggina 1:1 Fiorentina
I have 10100 units.
Reggina Calcio vs Fiorentina AC (Italian Serie A, 1400 GMT)
Reggina are fighting to avoid relegation. They've beaten a big point penalty.
They've lost 3-0 at Roma at the weekend. Amoruso, Reggina's most important player is questionable.
Fiorentina come to Reggio Calabrio on the back of a 2-0 win over suprise package, Empoli.
They haven't lost over their last 14 outings in the Serie A and are going for a Champions League berth. They had a bigger penalty than Reggina at the begining of the season. Mutu and Toni will play up-front for the Viola.
Reggina never won against Fiorentina in the Serie A.
I bet 2400 units on Fiorentina, at 3/2.

DINAMO 1:0 Jiul
I won 2500 units.
I have 12500 units to start this week with.
DINAMO Bucuresti vs Jiul Petrosani (Romanian Liga 1, 1845 GMT)
DINAMO host Jiul in the last game of the 20th day of the Romanian Liga 1. With Steaua 12 and Rapid 13 points behind in the standings, the Red Dogs look to extend their lead and confirm they are strong favourites to win the title. In the January transfer window, DINAMO signed Romanian international Bogdan Lobont for a reported fee of 1.000.000$ from Serie A outfit Fiorentina.
Jiul are coming to Bucharest with just one keeper in the squad. They have financial problems and have been stopped from making transfers by the Romanian Football Federation. They are one of the teams which are tipped for relegating come the end of the season.
I bet 10000 units on DINAMO to edge this, at 1/4.

Sunday, February 25, 2007

The total profit for this week is 39250 units.
My general prediction rate is 66.46%(109/164).
Lens 2:2 Nancy
Milan 1:0 Sampdoria
Barcelona 3:0 Athletic Bilbao
CHELSEA 2:1 Arsenal
I won 40000 units.
Fiorentina 2:0 Empoli
I won 1200 units.
I bet 2000 units on Fiorentina to beat Empoli, at 3/5.
Mutu and Toni are up front for the Viola.
I am going to try another combined bet.
Lens - Nancy 1. (French Ligue 1) 7/10
Milan - Sampdoria 1. (Italian Serie A) 1/2
Barcelona - Athletic 1. (Spanish Primera Division) 2/5
I will bet 2000 units. The total odd is 26/10.
Chelsea FC vs Arsenal (Carling Cup Final, 1500 GMT):
This is a most special prediction, because it involves my favourite team, Chelsea FC.
This afternoon it's  the Carling Cup Final, at the Milennium Stadium in Cardiff, between Chelsea and Arsenal. It's the first final between London based teams. Furthermore, there is a big rivalry between the two managers, Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger.
Arsenal will be without Henry, Lehmann and Eboue, as the manager will give confidence to the reserves, which he played in every match in this competition. The Gunners first eleven should most likely look as follows: Almunia; Hoyte, Toure, Senderos, Traore; Walcott, Diaby, Cesc, Denilson; Baptista, Aliadiere.
Chelsea will have skipper John Terry fit for this match, after he was injured in midweek's Champions League action in Portugal. The blues will have late fitness tests on Ashley Cole and Arjen Robben. Jose Mourinho will field the following eleven: Petr Cech; Lassana Diarra, Ricardo Carvalho, john "Captain Fantastic" Terry, Wayne Bridge; Michael Essien, Claude Makelele, Frank Lampard, Michael Ballack; Andryi Shevchenko, Didier Drogba.
I do believe this will be a hard fought tactical contest between two sides that know each other very well. It will be the experience
which will prevail come the end of the game, or if it comes to penalties, Petr Cech's
better skills and experience will block Arsene Wenger's troops.
I bet 50000 units on Chelsea to win the Carling Cup, one way or the other, at 4/5.

Genk 3:0 Roeselare
Twente 0:0 Willem

Tonight, I will try a combined bet:
Twente - Willem II (Dutch Eredivisie, 1900 GMT) & Genk - Roeselare (Belgium 1st Division, 1900 GMT). I think Twente and Genk will win both (evens). I'll risk 1500 units.
Liverpool 4:0 Sheffield United.
I won 1000 units.
Liverpool FC vs Sheffield United (English Premiership, 1500 GMT)
Liverpool come of the back of a big win at Barcelona CF, in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday (2-1). In the domestic league the are third in the standings, with no home defeat. At Anfield Road, they've scored 25 goals, while conceding just three times at the start of the season with West Ham, Blackburn and Aston Villa. For example, the Reds have beaten Chelsea 2-0 at home in January.
Sheffield United are safe from harm at the moment sitting 10 points off the relegation zone. They do have a remarkable feat as they managed to win three times away from home. That is pretty amazing for a new team in the English top flight. But they bagged only 7 goals when they played away from home. Only West Ham United managed less (four). They are missing several players for this afternoon's game.
Having said that, I bet 500 units on Liverpool to win and to keep a clean sheet, at 2/1.

Friday, February 23, 2007

My general percentage rate is one of the best in the world:
66.03% (103/156).
Vfb Stuttgart 0:0 Hertha Berlin
Vfb Stuttgart vs Hertha Berlin
(German Bundesliga, 1930 GMT)
Vfb are placed second in the league.
And they are cruising at the moment.
They've beaten Werder (4-1) at home and
Eintracht Frankfurt (4-0) away.
That is really impressive form to say the least.
Hertha are in all sorts of problems, having just
lost their first match at home, 1-2 against Mainz.
That was their first defeat at home.
I bet 2000 units on Stuttgart. Evens.

Thursday, February 22, 2007

Blackburn 0:0 Leverkusen
Parma 0:1 Braga
I just lost 6000 units.
I have 2550 units left.
Parma AC - Braga (UEFA, 1945 GMT)
I bet 3000 units on Parma, at 11/10.
Blackburn vs Bayern Leverkusen
(UEFA Cup, 1800 GMT)
Blackburn lost in Germany 2-3.
They must win in order to qualify.
This time though they'll have two indispensable
players back after injuries: Morten Gamst Pedersen
and Benny McCarthy.
I bet 3000 units on Blackburn to win. Evens.

Wednesday, February 21, 2007

Inter 2:2 Valencia
I lost 2000 units. That's a total of 8550.
Internazionale Milano vs Valencia CF
(UEFA Champions League, 1945 GMT)
Roberto Mancini has a hell of a squad this season
at Inter. Julio Cesar is a constant keeper.
Burdisso and Materazzi make a great couple of
central defenders. Cambiasso, Dacourt and Javier
Zanetti are great defensive midfielders, while
Dejan Stankovic is a great passer and has great
shooting from distance ability.
In attack, Inter has three superstars battling for
two places (Crespo, Adriano and Ibrahimovic), with
Julio Cruz always eager to help.
Valencia never did well away, when their superstar
Vicente isn't there to play. He is not in Valencia's
squad for tonight; neither is Asier del Horno.
Santiago Canizares has some problems and could
well be in the stands for this game.
I bet 2000 units on Inter, at 4/5.
Real Madrid 3:2 Bayern Munich
I won 550 units, which makes a total of 10550.

Tuesday, February 20, 2007

Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich
(UEFA Champions League, 1945 GMT).
Real Madrid have the better squad as compared to Bayern.
The Spaniards need to win this match in order to have a chance
of qualifying further in this competition.
I bet 500 units on Real Madrid to win, at 11/10.

Sunday, February 18, 2007

This week I have a profit of 3500 units.

I'll start the next period with a budget of,
let's say, 10000 units, and we'll see what
happens.

Marseille 0:0 Nantes.
I lost 2000 units.
Olympique Marseille - FC Nantes Atlantique.
(French Ligue 1, 2000 GMT)
Olympique have the chance to go third in the
league tonight, if they get the three points.
Their only absentee is Djibril Cisse.
The likes of Nasri, Niang, Pagis, Taiwo or Ribery
are all to start the match, in front of 60000
pasionate supporters.
Nantes will come to Marseille with several key
players missing (Savinaud, Saidou, Payet,
Signorino, Fae).
Both teams were defeated last weekend, with
Marseille losing 0-1 at Bordeaux, while Nantes
lost 2-5 at home against fellow strugglers
Valencienes.
I bet 2000 units on Marseille, at 3/5.
Catania 0:1 Fiorentina.
I won 12000 units.
Catania Calcio vs Fiorentina
(Italian Serie A, 1400 GMT)
This match will be played at Rimini,
due to the fact that Catania's home
ground is suspended.
It should also be known that there
will be no supporters in the stands
for security matters.
Catania have played well this season,
especially at home, but they are losing
rhytm lately. They should also be
missing several key players today.
Fiorentina will want a win today.
They welcome back Romanian
superstar Adrian Mutu with Luca
Toni probably on the bench.
Giampaolo Pazzinni should be in the
first eleven. The young Italian striker
tries to win a place in the first team
after a good display last weekend when
he scored at home against Udinese (2-0).
I bet 10000 units on Fiorentina, at 6/5.
My general prediction rate is 67.785%.
I've tipped 149 events, from which I got right 101.

Saturday, February 17, 2007

Real Madrid 0:0 Betis.
Real Madrid vs Betis (Primera Division, 1900 GMT)
Betis' coach Luis Fernandez faces a handful of injury
concerns for the trip to the Spanish capital.
Real will want to stay in touch with the leading pack.
Capello welcomes back superstar full-back Roberto
Carlos and midfielder David Beckham should also be
in the starting lineup tonight.
I bet 5000 units on Real Madrid, at 7/10.
Arsenal 0:0 Blackburn. (I lost 3000 units)
Arsenal vs Blackburn Rovers (FA Cup, 1230 GMT).
The Gunners want some silverware this season and
the FA Cup is a great opportunity for them because
they aren't that well placed in the Premiership (4th).
They qualified after beating Bolton at the Reebok
Stadium on Wednesday after injury time, 3-1.
Blackburn played also on Wednesday in the UEFA Cup,
where they lost 3-2 away at Leverkusen.
In the coresponding fixture from the league,
Arsenal thrashed Blackburn six goals to two.
Thierry Henry will be back for the Gunners after being
rested in the previous match.
I bet 3000 units on Arsenal, at 1/2.

Friday, February 16, 2007

Thursday, February 15, 2007

Waregem vs Newcastle (UEFA Cup, 1945 GMT)
I bet 2000 units on Newcastle; evens.

Wednesday, February 14, 2007

Bolton 1:1 Arsenal. (I lost 500 units)
Bolton vs Arsenal (The FA Cup, 2000GMT).
I bet 500 units on Bolton, at 2/1.

Sunday, February 11, 2007

Real Sociedad 1:2 Real Madrid (I won 900 units).

Saturday, February 10, 2007

CHELSEA 3:0 Middlesbrough (I won 3000 units).

Real Sociedad vs Real Madrid (Spanish Primera Liga, 1900 GMT)
The hosts are missing three important first team players,
Uranga, Jesuli and Garitano.
Sociedad are the leagues lowest scorers with only 12 goals.
They are also second from bottom, even though they've
managed to draw against Sevilla last weekend.
This is a vital match for Real Madrid as they have to win
in order to stay in touch with the first three,
Valencia, Sevilla and Barca. David Beckham will be back
in the squad, as are the first and second choice captains,
Raul and Guti.
Cannavaro and Gago are also back in action after they
missed last weekend shock defeat at the Bernabeu,
0-1 against lowly Levante.
Fabio Capello is desperate to get his team back on track
after he received an ultimatum from the fans.
I bet 1000 units on Real Madrid, at 9/10.
Chelsea FC vs Middlesbrough (English Premiership, 1500 GMT)
Today, Chelsea entertain Boro at the Stamford Bridge in London.
The home side will have to win in order to mantain the pressure
on leaders Manchester United. The Blues ae without German
international Michael Ballack who injured his thigh and long-term
casualty Joe Cole.
Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 57 home games, which is a
Premiership record and if they won't lose today, it'll be three years
since Chelsea lost at home.
31 of Didier Drogba's last 35 Premiership goals have been scored
at Stamford Bridge.
Boro will probably be without star midfielder Lee Catermole and
striker Mark Viduka, both nursing injuries that have troubled them
this week.
Middlesbrough have failed to find the net in four of the last six
Premiership meetings between the two sides.
I bet 9000 units on Chelsea, at 1/3.

Sunday, February 04, 2007

Sevilla 0:0 Sociedad.
Werder 0:2 Schalke.
I've lost 7000 units.
My prediction rate for ths week is fine, 50% (3/6).
FC Sevilla vs Real Sociedad (Primera Division, 1600GMT)
Real Sociedad are second from bottom in La Liga.
They haven't won away from home all season, having scored only
twice in the process and conceded 10 times. They welcome back
striker Darko Kovacevic. They lost 0-2 last weekend, at home, in the
Basque derby against Athletic Bilbao.
Sevilla are having some problems of their own.
Spain's topgoalscorer, Frederic Kanoute (16 goals) is out through injury,
as are fellow team-mates Renato and Aitor Ocio.
Still, the Andalusians have the best home record in the league, with only
one defeat to their name and 8 wins. They are just one point behind
leaders Barca, and by the end of the day, they could top the standings in
Spain again.
I bet 6000 units on Sevilla, at 1/3.

Werder Bremen vs Schalke 04 Gelsenkirchen (German Bundesliga, 1600GMT)
This is the match which decides who will top the Bundesliga till next weekend.
These teams are level on points (42), with a slight advantage for Werder, on goal
difference. Bremen boasts the biggest fire power (52 goals scored) in Germany,
while Schalke has the second best defence (19 conceded).
Werder has a big absentee, as Torsten Frings is suspended.
Schalke meanwhile will surely be without right back Rafinha and defensive midfielder
Kobiashvili. Playmaker Lincoln and striker Soren Larsen are both doubtful.
I bet 1000 units on Werder Bremen to win tonight. Evens.

Saturday, February 03, 2007

Liverpool 0:0 Everton. (I lost 2200 units)
Charlton 0:1 Chelsea. (I won 3000 units)
Charlton Athletic vs Chelsea FC (English Premiership, 1500GMT)
Charlton are in the relegation zone.
They know they cannot put up a fight with the big guns.
So they just take it easy and think about their more easier opponents to come.
They are without star striker and England international, Darren Bent.
Chelsea meanwhile, welcome back their sorrowly missed skipper,
John "Captain Fantastic" Terry. Mourinho should be delighted with this most
precious addition to the squad. Drogba and Lampard will lead the avantgarde
for Chelsea, while Petr Cech and john Terry will make sure Chelsea won't concede.
I bet 6000 units on Chelsea at 1/2.

Liverpool vs Everton (English Premiership, 1245GMT)
This is the Merseyside derby.
It'll be great passion involved, as both teams come from the same city.
Liverpool is the team with the most fans in the world,
while Everton is much more appreciated in town.
Both teams are in a rich veign of form, with Liverpool winning nine of
its last ten outings, and challenging Chelsea for second place.
In the reverse fixture, Everton thrashed Liverpool, three goals
to nil. But Liverpool are very strong at home.
Two weeks ago, they've put down mighty Chelsea, 2-0.
I bet 2200 units on Liverpool, at 7/11.
