Liverpool FC vs Sheffield United (English Premiership, 1500 GMT)
Liverpool come of the back of a big win at Barcelona CF, in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday (2-1). In the domestic league the are third in the standings, with no home defeat. At Anfield Road, they've scored 25 goals, while conceding just three times at the start of the season with West Ham, Blackburn and Aston Villa. For example, the Reds have beaten Chelsea 2-0 at home in January.
Sheffield United are safe from harm at the moment sitting 10 points off the relegation zone. They do have a remarkable feat as they managed to win three times away from home. That is pretty amazing for a new team in the English top flight. But they bagged only 7 goals when they played away from home. Only West Ham United managed less (four). They are missing several players for this afternoon's game.
Having said that, I bet 500 units on Liverpool to win and to keep a clean sheet, at 2/1.
